He's already cleaned up the Patreon page and it's back up and running - he had to remove the word incest from the description and modify/delete any posts that referenced the sisters. He also had to put the free version of the game behind a 1$ paywall (so it's a patron-only post now, not visible to the public), and I think that's about it - all in all it wasn't a horrible ordeal for him like it was for MrDots.
