Obviously the same person per Commons uploads (including deleted uploads): c:File:Ramkripalyadavg999.jpg (by Ramkripalyadavge) is identical to c:Special:Undelete/File:Ramkripalyadavgi.jpg, c:Special:Undelete/File:Ramkripalyadavgx.jpg (both by Ramkripal YadvG), and c:Special:Undelete/File:Ramkripalyadavgei.jpg (by RAMKRIPALYADAVGO). Locally, the 2 accounts with edits both are very interested in a youtuber with 29 subscribers (Special:Diff/1191455303, Special:Diff/1189157689). Requesting CU for a block of underlying IPs if possible and a sleeper check, and requesting it here on enwiki because they are blocked for substantive reasons here. — Mdaniels5757 (talk • contribs) 19:03, 31 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This user posted a comment at Wikipedia:Requests_for_page_protection#Protection where they tried to request intervention at the Hindi Wikipedia page hi:रामकृपाल यादव जी (Ramkripal Yadav G), which I have nominated for speedy deletion under an equivalent of G11. Then they posted at a similar request at the Hindi version of AN. That's when I found Draft:Ramkripalyadavg (YouTuber), a recreation of a page previously deleted at Ramkripalyadavg and Draft:Ramkripalyadavg. Based on Wikipedia:Requests_for_page_protection/Decrease#Ramkripalyadavg, I now suspect that Janufff is a sock of the user who is promoting Ramkripalyadavg. –LaundryPizza03 (dc̄) 07:29, 1 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Moodtsss was registered on 12 February. Five of their six enwiki edits are to Draft:AVN News, but they have also uploaded File:Ramkripalyadavg Friendship.jpg to Commons, and tagged Draft:Ramkripalyadavg (YouTuber) for deletion as G11 (I don't believe the draft is eligible for deletion under that rationale, so I removed the speedy tag). It is very unlikely that a brand new user will find existing drafts by random chance, much less tag them for deletion–I suspect that was an attempt to remove the draft's history but that's a side issue. bonadea contributions talk 09:57, 3 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hdfcdd was registered on 6 February and only has three edits, all of them from that date. Two of them are edits to their user page, where they say please unblock my all account. I asked on their user talk page what their previous accounts were but they never responded. The reason I now think that it's Ramkripalyadavgeo is that Hdfcdd's very first edit was to submit Draft:Tuntun Yadav, which has mainly been edited by IPs from the same IPv6 range; most recently (on 12 February) by 2409:408A:2C89:B05C:0:0:D40B:8B04 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) who, later on the same day, created Draft:AVN News.

I hope this makes sense! Looking at the revision histories of Draft:Tuntun_Yadav and Draft:AVN News might make the timeline of the two registered accounts and associated IPs a little clearer. --bonadea contributions talk 10:17, 3 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Another link: at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk/Archives/2025 February 6, IP user 2409:408A:E9F:A27A:0:0:D4CB:9905 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) asks about both Draft:Ramkripalyadavg (YouTuber) and Draft:Tuntun Yadav, and a little later that day they attempt to tag Draft:Ramkripalyadavg (YouTuber) for deletion (like Moodtsss also tried to do). --bonadea contributions talk 10:30, 3 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Blocking the lot, but I'm getting some clueless vibes here, I wonder if it would be productive to emphasize to them that the standard offer is their only way back. That isn't a way back for them. At this point, they are in WP:THREESTRIKES territory, and this counts as a WP:CBAN now. But, that wouldn't be a pathway for them either. They are globally locked. We can't unblock them. --Hammersoft (talk) 14:55, 17 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
